I.     WARRANTY PERIOD:

-           Warranty period depends on each product and each product component:

-          The warranty period will be calculated from the time the end user receives the goods.

II.  WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE IMPLEMENTATION

The warranty method will be applied in priority order from 2.1 to 2.2 as follows :

2.1. For repairable products: BRAVAT HCM directly carries out repairs so that the product can operate normally .

2.2. For products that cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired during the warranty period: BRAVAT HCM will replace a defective part of the product so that the product can operate normally. In case a part of the product has been replaced but cannot restore normal operation, BRAVAT HCM, depending on the agreement with the customer, will consider replacing the same or similar product.

2.3. Provision of temporary replacement products in part or in whole: BRAVAT HCM will consider providing similar products in part or in whole to customers for temporary use during the warranty period, depending on the agreement with the customer.

2.4. When detecting that the product is not working properly and needs advice or support, customers can directly contact the customer service hotline of BRAVAT HCM:        0822232229 .

2.5 . Every month , TTC Company will organize maintenance for the products that customers have purchased.

III.   WARRANTY CONDITIONS

3.1. Warranty cases (free repair and replacement if any):

a)      The product has a complete purchase invoice and warranty card (PBH) attached.

b)      The product is used under normal conditions, the error is determined to be due to the manufacturer's fault.

c)      The product is still under warranty (date of purchase is the date on the purchase invoice).

d)     For replacement accessories, the warranty period is 12 months  from the date of replacement installation. However, if the product warranty period is longer, the warranty period of the product will be prioritized.

3.2. Cases not covered by warranty (customers must pay for repair and replacement of accessories if any)

a)      Products damaged due to improper transportation, installation, use and maintenance, or failure to comply with the contents presented in the installation manual and user manual.

b)      Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly , repair or replacement of the product with parts or components not from the company or not specified by the company.

c)      Damage caused by installing products in corrosive environments (due to alkaline, salt, acid , etc. ).

d)      Damage to electrical and electronic products that do not comply with product operating parameters such as voltage, frequency , etc.

e)      Parts that must be regularly replaced due to corrosion over time such as batteries, gaskets, washers, filters, etc.

f)       Appearance defects such as scratches, loss of gloss, wear... due to use.

g)      Errors caused by natural disasters (Floods, tsunamis, lightning strikes, etc.) or objective causes (Fire, electrical short circuit , etc.).

h)      Errors arising from the construction or architectural renovation process that affect the product.

i)       Errors arising from the use of water sources with quality that does not meet Vietnam's standards for domestic water.

j)       Errors caused by foreign objects stuck inside the product.

k)      Damage caused by frozen water.

l)       The product is out of warranty.

m)   In addition to the cases listed above, the company will not warrant other damages or losses that are not the company's responsibility.
