Yas Viceroy Hotel

The Yas Viceroy hotel complex is one of the main architectural works in the ambitious Yas Marina development project worth up to $36 billion along with the Formula 1 racetrack of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The work demonstrates a surge of influence and inspiration through aesthetics and form, linking speed, movement, and image with the art and form associated with ancient Islamic craft traditions. Initially, the project was operated by Aldar Hotels & Hospitality and later operated by the famous Marriott Hotel Group under the W. Abu Dhabi brand.

The project complex includes two hotel blocks and a bridge corridor. One block of the hotel is surrounded by the racing track and the other block is located at the marina. The bridge corridor connecting the two hotel blocks is like a steel chassis located above the Formula 1 racetrack.

Yas Viceroy Hotel is located on Yas island, including 500 luxurious rooms with international cuisine in 8 restaurants, swimming pool, ESPA spa, fitness club, art gallery... The hotel complex is the venue for major events in its first year of operation, from fashion to sports on a worldwide scale and is only a 10-minute drive from Abu Dhabi airport and the national exhibition center. Abu Dhabi is 15 minutes and Dubai Marina is a 50-minute drive.passing through the complex. Although the Formula 1 racetrack with racing cars passes through the lower part of the hotel, it does not affect tourists in the rooms thanks to the good soundproofing wall system.
