BRAVAT Dealer Policy

I. Our Vision & Direction

  • Build a strong and sustainable BRAVAT dealer network while protecting brand image and market pricing.

  • Prioritize partners who can properly display, consult, and support installation.

  • Position BRAVAT as a premium German-standard sanitary ware brand.

II. Who Can Apply

  • Sanitary ware showrooms

  • Design & Build companies

  • Construction contractors and project developers

  • Regional distributors (subject to approval)

III. Dealer Categories

1. Non-Display Dealers

  • No mandatory product display required

  • Sales based on catalogue and quotation

  • Suitable for contractors, D&B firms, and smaller showrooms

2. Display Dealers

  • Must have a dedicated BRAVAT display area following brand guidelines

  • Have trained sales consultants

  • Not allowed to display counterfeit, imitation, or directly competing brands

3. Strategic Dealers / Regional Distributors

  • Responsible for a specific province or territory

  • Capable of handling project sales and developing sub-dealer networks

IV. Pricing & Discount Policy

  • Discount levels are based on dealer tier

  • Higher committed sales volumes receive better discounts

  • Strict policy against price dumping to protect market stability

V. Display Support

  • Special pricing support for display sets

  • Marketing materials, catalogues, and product training provided

  • Display sets are not for resale

VI. Brand & Price Management

  • Dealers must follow the recommended retail pricing

  • No unauthorized cross-channel or off-market sales

  • Violations may result in suspension of supply

VII. Dealer Support

  • Product and sales training

  • Technical consultation and project support

  • Marketing collaboration at each growth stage

VIII. Warranty & After-Sales

  • Official warranty in accordance with BRAVAT standards

  • Dealers serve as the first point of contact for customer support

IX. Effective Date

  • This policy takes effect from the signing date

  • Subject to adjustments based on market conditions
